Services Offered

I currently accept Medicaid, Cigna, United, and Anthem/BCBS. I can also provide a “Superbill” for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

My standard fees are $150 for individual sessions, $180 for relationship counseling, and $270 for 90-minute family therapy sessions.

I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible, while also remaining sustainable. I hold a limited number of sliding scale spots open for clients who need financial flexibility.

Relationship Counseling

Romantic relationships can be deeply fulfilling - and sometimes deeply challenging. They bring our patterns, needs, and attachment wounds right to the surface. When approached with curiosity and care, they also offer profound opportunities for healing and growth.

I work with couples and non-traditional relationships using a direct and structured approach. My relationship work is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and I am currently working towards my certification in Relational Life Therapy (RLT). Together, we’ll identify cycles that lead to conflict, disconnection, pain - and begin moving toward deeper trust and connection.

I offer 60-minute sessions (virtual or in-person) for $180, and 90-minute sessions for $270

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a space to get honest with yourself -beyond roles, expectations, and outside pressures. It’s where you begin to understand your patterns, reconnect with your body and inner world, and heal from past pain.

My approach is grounded in parts work, Gestalt, and somatic therapy. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that feel stuck or conflicted, and work to shift patterns shaped by trauma, attachment, and past and past relational experiences. I believe the body holds deep insight - and healing comes when we listen to that.

I offer 55-minute sessions (virtual or in-person) for $150

Family Therapy

Family dynamics shape so much of who we are - and when those dynamics get stuck or strained, it can ripple through every part of life. Family therapy offers a space to slow down, really hear each other, and shift patterns that may be causing tension or disconnection.

I use an Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) approach to help families move out of reactive, often painful cycles, and into deeper understanding and connection. Together, we’ll identify stuck patterns, explore the emotions underneath, and work toward creating more trust, safety, and openness in your relationships. Whether you’re navigating conflict, change, or simply want to strengthen your family’s foundation, this work helps create new ways of showing up - for yourself and each other. Please note that family therapy is offered to families with children 12 and older. If you have younger children and are looking for resources, I’m happy to connect you with references for play-therapy!

I offer 90-minute sessions for $270
