“Nothing is static and permanent. And that includes you and me.”

Relational therapy in Denver, Colorado (and virtually across the state) - supporting individuals, intimate partnerships, and families to create more meaningful, connected, and fulfilling lives.
Meet the Therapist
I work with individuals, intimate partners, and families who are ready for meaningful, lasting change. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck in familiar patterns - in their relationships and within themselves - and are looking for space to gain clarity, healing, and move forward with intention.
I do this work because I am deeply curious about people and their inner worlds, and because relationships have been one of the most meaningful and fulfilling (and challenging) aspects of my own life. That perspective informs how I help clients build more authentic, sustainable connections.
I am committed to providing culturally responsive care and to continually learning how to better support clients from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.
I offer in-person sessions in Denver and Lakewood, CO, and virtual therapy across the state. If you’re curious about working together, I welcome you to schedule a free 20-minute consultation call.

My Approach to Therapy
My therapeutic work is trauma-informed, compassion-based, and rooted in the belief that healing happens through meaningful connection - to ourselves, with our bodies, and then to others and the world around us.
In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have shaped your life and relationships. I bring a blend of structure, curiosity, and gentle direction to my practice. While I offer a warm and compassionate space, I’m also an active and engaged therapist - willing to challenge, reflect, and help you move slowly towards healing and growth.
My approach integrates parts work, Gestalt therapy (which brings focus to the here and now), mindfulness, somatic practices, creative interventions (like art, movement, visualization), and I am currently working towards certification in Relational Life Therapy (RLT) . In my work with relationships, I also use an Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) approach to foster secure attachment and deepen emotional connection.
You can expect therapy with me to be collaborative, relational, and depth-oriented.
Background and Experience
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, and I bring over 10 years of experience in the helping professions, working with children in families in non-profit settings and social services. I’m trained in mindfulness, Gestalt therapy, transpersonal psychology, somatic approaches, and on my way to Relational Life Therapy certification.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I spent ten years working with children and families in the nonprofit sector and in social service settings. That work gave me invaluable experience supporting families through crisis, instability, and complex systems, and helped shape how I understand family dynamics, attachment, and resilience.
While I learned a great deal in those roles, I increasingly found myself drawn to slowing down and working more deeply with people one-on-one. I wanted more space to sit with individuals and couples in their emotional experiences, to move beyond crisis management and focus on insight, connection, and lasting change. Over time, it became clear that my strength and passion lay in helping people explore their inner worlds and relational patterns in a more intentional, reflective way.
That shift ultimately led me to pursue work as a therapist, where I can offer a more focused, relational space for healing, growth, and meaningful connection.
